This experience made him realize that many students complete their degrees with theoretical knowledge but still struggle to understand industry expectations, practical development and the skills required to become job-ready.
Rather than accepting this challenge as only a personal struggle, Sandip decided to work toward solving the problem for other students as well.

The idea behind iKeySkills began during Sandip Jaiswal's own journey as a student.
While pursuing his BCA and MCA, he realized that college education often focused heavily on theoretical concepts, while students had limited exposure to practical and company-oriented training.
After completing his academic education, Sandip experienced firsthand how challenging it could be to translate a degree and theoretical knowledge into the practical skills expected by the IT industry.
The struggle to become job-ready made Sandip look beyond his own experience. He began to recognize a much larger problem: many students were facing a similar gap between what they learned academically and what companies expected from technology professionals.
In the software industry, practical skills matter. Companies expect candidates to be able to apply concepts, write and understand code, solve problems, use development tools and work on real-world technical requirements.
